Beyond The Game LLC ("Beyond The Game", "we" or "us") runs gobeyondthegame.ca. This policy explains what personal information the website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We only collect what you choose to send us through our three forms:
- The contact form: your name, email address and phone number, your organization if you add it, how you'd like us to reach you, and your message.
- The Leadership Academy enrollment form: your name, email address and phone number, whether you're enrolling on your own or with a team or organization, and for a team, its name and about how many people.
- The free resources form: your name and email address.
The website itself doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
HOW WE USE IT
- To reply to your message, by email or by phone, as you asked.
- To talk with you about enrolling in the Leadership Academy, and to prepare your agreement, or your organization's proposal and invoice.
- To send you the free resource bundle, and occasional emails about leadership, resources and our programs. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
THE SERVICES WE USE
- Vercel hosts the website. Like any web host, its servers handle your IP address and browser details to send you the pages and keep the site secure.
- Google's Gmail delivers contact form messages, enrollment forms and notices of new sign-ups to our inbox.
- Mailchimp keeps our mailing list and sends our emails.
- YouTube provides the videos on some of our pages. When one of those pages loads, YouTube may collect information and set cookies under its own privacy policy.
These companies may store and process information in the United States and other countries, where the law may let authorities access it. Links to Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and other websites are covered by those websites' own policies.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep contact form messages and enrollment forms for as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of our conversation. You stay on our mailing list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
YOUR CHOICES
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any of them. You can also ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through our contact form.
CHILDREN
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has sent us their information, let us know through our contact form, and we'll delete it.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
